Populars
The Populars are pretty much the division of rich folk, higher than the preps. They like the high-class and power, and as the rulers of the campus they pretty much have that. If you're not wealthy and somewhat good-looking, you don't have much of a chance hanging out with these people. They aren't all bitchy and stuck up, and a few are actually pretty nice, but most are.

The Preps
The preps are basically the conformists to society. They have come to be a label for those who conform to typical teenage behavior, in areas like clothing, school behavior, and sports participation, because preps usually are more ambitious and/or image-conscious than others. While they're not exactly the coolest people, they're well-dressed and know how to portray themselves.

Rebel
A person who stands up for their own personal opinions despite what anyone else says. A true rebel stands up for what they believe is right, not against what's right. It's not about smoking crack, drinking till you're rendered unconsious, or beating the crap out of anyone that crosses your path. It's all about being an individual and refusing to follow a crowd that forces you to think the same way they do even if it means becoming an outcast to society.

Wannabe's
Poser, follower, a charlatan of sorts. One who copies or immitates all or most of the aspects dealing with their idol. They may wish to have certain clothing, skills, vocabulary, etc., of their idols instead of their own. Most likely a wannabe is lacking in self confidence and is looking for guidance.

Jocks
The thick-but-amiable types that always do well socially. Most of them are arrogant bastards who think that the world would blow itself up in mourning if they were to die. Also, they tend to lie for each other to keep their noses clean. To clear things up, there is a major difference between a jock and athletes. Jocks tend to abuse their popularity, while the athletes don't really mind who they talk to or hang out with.

Normals
They usually don't really belong to a clique, but have their own little formation of people who don't either. Unlike the wanderers, they honestly just stick together and sort of live in their own world. They don't let anyone elses social matters bother them, nor are they into any gossip. They're just your typical kids.

Intellectuals
Basically, intellectuals are the extremely bright kids - not only academically, but socially too.. know what's good for you, whether you do it or not. They always do what's best, and look at both sides of issues. Intellects will admit to their mistakes, but try not to over do it. They are extremely curious and wonder and question constantly. They don't care if they are weird, they don't care what you think about them. These kids have minds of their owns, yet often have a good sense of humor. They aren't stuck up and try not to pretend to be anything they aren't.

Emo
Consider themselves to be much more in touch with their emotions than anyone else; sometimes tend to feel sorry for themselves. Most emo's are known to be depressed, or just simply misunderstood. They were once unique and individual, until others posing as them turned the entire population to look just the same. Usually most noted for their fringe-cut bangs and skinny jeans.

Scenes
Scenesters are effectively people who follow any trend that has become 'cool'. For example, guys have started to wear black shirts, red ties, skinny black jeans and other emo-stereotyped clothing, because that's the current fad. While it may be acceptable to dress preppily/smartly if you actually go to gigs, listen to non-mainstream music and actually involve yourself within a scene, scenesters just pretend to so that they can boast about their unbelievably cool state of indie or emo over everyone else.

Punks & Rockers
Punk is all about being yourself, liking what you like, doing what you do and not having to live upto someone elses expectations, only your own. There is no dress code, hair colour or rules to be punk, since punk is about being true to yourself. They often dress in indie-looking clothes, however, due to most of their loves for music.

Indie
The generally laid back kids who symbolize originality and forward-thinking, especially in music and design. They are the artists, the musicians, the people who really know what they want and love doing it. Most dislike the mainstream and the 'in-trend' and wear, listen to and do what they feel like without following fashions and rules (and I'm not talking about the law, Indies are just as likely to break the law as anyone else) and will always be themselves and not put on an act for popularities sake.

Wanderer
Someone who is friends with people from every social clique at school and does not belong to a certain clique. Not a wannabe, but really just don't have a definite group of people they hang out with. They hang out with everyone, and are generally accepted without any brawls.

Loner
Basically, a person who likes being alone. Unlike the social attitude that says people who are alone are really unhappy inside, many loners are actually the happiest when they're alone. Rather than finding solace in friends and family, they find solace in things such as video games, Internet, books, etc.

'cus I could go across the world,
and see everything and never be satisfied.
if I couldn't see those eyes.
